Nick Saban is in the middle of an eight-year, $93.6 million contract to coach the Alabama Crimson Tide, and he recently decided to spend some of it on some oceanfront property on Jupiter Island, Florida.

The home, which the 71-year-old Saban purchased for $17.5 million, is about 6,200 square feet and has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, massive windows, a private garden, a dock/boat lift and so much more. The market value for the property is listed at just over $14.1 million, according to Martin County Property Appraiser records.
According to The Palm Beach Post, Saban purchased it through a Delaware-based limited-liability company, At High Tide.

Now, Saban is in the same community as golfers Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas and Rickie Fowler. Plus, famous sports figures like Michael Jordan and Venus Williams are down the road from him, too.
Saban, of course, coached the Miami Dolphins from 2005-06.
This isn't Saban's only home, but it appears to be a vacation home or potentially the place he chooses to settle down in when he eventually retires.
He lives in a 8,759-square foot mansion in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama that the school bought. He also famously owns an $11 million Lake Burton house in northern Georgia that he talks about often. He reportedly put it on the market in 2013, but it's unclear if anyone bought it.
ESPN's Tim Tebow and Marty Smith paid the house a visit in 2017 to give fans a peek into it:
Saban, a seven-time college football national champion, has coached football in various capacities since 1973.
The Crimson Tide's season begins at home against Middle Tennessee on Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
