Nick Saban is the only one who isn't high on Alabama and nobody is buying it

Come on, man!

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney was at ESPN headquarters for the ACC's turn at the "car wash" the mother ship puts on every year. The SEC already had its turn last week and it was only natural that Swinney would be asked about coaching against a guy he looked up to in Nick Saban.

He actually told a story about how he paid off a bet to Saban they made about the championship game. Obviously, Swinney lost the title game 45-40 so had to pay up, but he wasn't going to let it go without getting his own little jab in there.

Ok. I think everyone can appreciate that nifty play on words by Swinney, but it was the message itself that got Nick Saban a little ornery —- as most things do. Swinney described Saban's reaction and he might be the only guy on the planet who thinks this.

Saban thinking his team is no good is just typical Saban. He rakes in top recruiting classes year after year and then calls his team "crap" or says they aren't very good. Then they go and win the SEC West, win the SEC Championship and eventually win a national title. It's really a vicious cycle at this point and no one is buying that Alabama is not a very good team.
