Report: Another quarterback could be on his way to Alabama

Alabama's A-Day scrimmage has come and passed with no quarterback really separating himself from the crowd.

Jacob Coker looked good or dreadful, there was no in-between. David Cornwell was decent and the rest of the group struggled pretty regularly. Help could be on the way for the Crimson Tide if this report is true, though.

Miller suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in training camp last season, was replaced by J.T. Barrett and eventually Cardale Jones led the Buckeyes to a National Championship.

The Ohio State quarterback has the skill-set to be a top-tier gunslinger and putting him with Lane Kiffin at Alabama instantly puts the Tide atop the list as College Football Playoff contenders.

As a fifth-year senior, Miller would be eligible to play right away.
