Report: Nick Saban adds big-name head coach's son to staff

Charlie Weis had tumultuous runs with Notre Dame and Kansas, but his son will now get his chance to work his way up the ladder.

According to Tuscaloosa News, Charlie Weis Jr. has been added to the staff at Alabama.

It's not clear what his responsibility will be under Nick Saban.
