Freshman left tackle Cam Robinson has been outstanding for the Alabama Crimson Tide this season, but his electric play was a bit derailed Saturday when he suffered an ankle injury.
With Robinson recovering from the ankle injury, there's now a report circulating that the offensive tackle had surgery to repair ligament damage.
According to Charlie Potter, head coach Nick Saban discussed Robinson's injury, but did not mention surgery.
With the tackle out a few weeks, he'll like miss next week's tough matchup against the surging LSU Tigers, November 8 at Tiger Stadium.
