SEC player appears to fake an injury after realizing his defense had made a massive mistake

This was hysterically bad.

Here's something you don't see everyday.

Arkansas defensive lineman McTelvin Agim appears to have faked an injury and to try and stop a play after realizing his Razorbacks had only nine players on the field during Saturday's game against Auburn.

However, the Tigers' uptempo offense capitalized as quarterback Jarrett Stidham ran into the end zone for a 15-yard touchdown after referees ignored the player on the ground.

Agim immediately jumped up after the ball was snapped and was visibly frustrated that the refs didn't believe his acting performance.

The play provided the first of many scores for Auburn, who cruised to a 52-20 victory in Fayetteville.

For Arkansas, lying on the ground and allowing a touchdown seems like the perfect metaphor for what's been a nightmare of a season.
