Auburn fans hilariously got stuck in bushes trying to rush the field following upset win over Alabama

Oops!

Auburn did it. The Auburn Tigers did it.

Facing the No. 1 team in college football, Alabama, in one of the biggest rivalry games in sports — the Iron Bowl — the Tigers came away with a 26-14 victory that not only sealed their spot in the SEC Championship game against Georgia, but it catapulted them into the College Football Playoff conversation.

It was a huge win for the Tigers and though rushing the field is never really looked highly upon, it was likely justified in this instance. Auburn fans took off and rushed the field as the clock hit zero at Jordan-Hare Stadium, but some Tiger fans, in particular, did not have a great time when they decided to leave their seats and join the rest of their friends on the field.

They, believe it or not, got stuck in the bushes on the way to the field.

Video evidence is below:

To be fair, plenty of fans did end up making it onto the field, but there were quite a handful that struggled with the bushes in route, which led to some hilarious moments caught forever on camera.

The lasting images of this game will be Kerryon Johnson's halfback pass for a touchdown or the three turnovers Auburn forced Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts into, but without a doubt, fans getting stuck in the bushes will be an image replayed over and over — perhaps especially in Tuscaloosa.
