Auburn announces full preseason training camp schedule

Training camp is seen as the unofficial start to the college football season for teams, and for Auburn, that will be on Tuesday, August 4.

Head coach Gus Malzahn and Auburn released the team's full preseason practice schedule on Friday, detailing that the Tigers would begin preseason camp on Tuesday, with full pads practices beginning on Saturday. There are 12 practices scheduled in total between now and the start of classes (August 17), with the full schedule of all 12 being listed below.

The practices are closed to the public, but there will be media availability each day for the first week of camp. Both Malzahn and defensive coordinator Will Muschamp are scheduled to speak multiple times over camp.

Preseason practice schedule:
Aug. 4 - 7: Practice
Aug. 8: Start of full-pads practices
Aug. 9: Fan Day
Aug. 10: Two-a-days
Aug. 11 - 13: Practice
Aug. 15: Two-a-days
Aug. 16: Practice
Aug. 17: Start of classes
