Auburn will get some much needed help in the secondary with newest transfer

A nice pickup for Auburn here.

Auburn will be getting some extra help and experience in the secondary this season with the transfer of MAC standout Marshall Taylor. He was excellent for Miami of Ohio with 39 tackles last year to go with two interceptions, one of them going for a touchdown. Taylor confirmed the commitment to Auburn to AL.com earlier this week:

"I'm excited. Auburn's been to two national championships in the last five years, not a lot of programs can say that... I just believe in what Coach (Gus) Malzahn and the whole staff has going on. They have a really good team and I'm just trying to come in and be another piece to the puzzle."

Taylor is from Georgia and will get to play in his home state for the first time in his collegiate career when the Tigers play the Dawgs on November 12th. Taylor will be eligible to play immediately since he has graduated from Miami already.
