Auburn's Kyle Davis easily made the catch of the year on Saturday night

Contender for play of the year?

Odell Beckham, step aside for a second and let Auburn wide receiver Kyle Davis have some time in the spotlight.

In the first quarter against Arkansas State, Auburn quarterback Sean White decided to go with the deep ball. Unfortunately for White, he threw it into double coverage, and it didn't look good for him as the ball hovered in the air.

Fortunately for White, Davis went up and just took the ball with one hand.

Easier a contender for catch of the year in college football. The athleticism required to even have a shot at this is ridiculous, but the fact that he was able to keep control after crashing to the crowd might be more impressive.
