There is just one month remaining until our first college football Saturday of the 2016 season. With that in mind, we take a look back at what may be college football's greatest play of all-time: the "Kick Six", where Auburn earned a berth into the SEC Championship Game by upsetting No. 1 Alabama.
Tied at 28 with just a second to go in the 2013 Iron Bowl, Alabama attempted a 57-yard field goal that fell short. Auburn had sent Chris Davis back into the end zone to return a potential miss, and boy did he deliver; Davis weaved up the field and down the sideline to score a touchdown, giving Auburn a 34-28 win.
The play has been cited as one of the best in college football history, if not the best. The Kick Six represents the "anything can happen" manner of college football, with that only being raised by the nation's No. 1 team and incumbent dynasty being on the receiving end of the loss.
Auburn win on to win the SEC title, and they later competed against Florida State in what became the final BCS National Championship Game. The Seminoles took home the win in that game with a late touchdown by Kelvin Benjamin.
