Smith is an Amite, La. native so he has been greatly affected by the flooding in the area. That is why he has decided to delay his commitment a little longer and keep Miami, LSU and Alabama on their toes.

The 6'1", 160-pound pass catcher is rated as the No. 10 receiver and No. 2 player in the state of Louisiana according to 247Sports' composite rankings. Their crystal ball is predicting that Smith ends up at Alabama, but he does have the hometown Tigers as well as the Miami Hurricanes in his top three.
