When Jim McElwain joined the University of Florida he told the fans that he wanted some upgrades in the facilities for his football team. He got his indoor practice facility —- almost a necessity nowadays with the heat during the summer and facilities arms race.

While Florida has its IPF, there were still some upgrades that McElwain was hoping for to attract a new class of recruit to Gainesville. It looks like that dream is about to become true.
