Florida losing its best coordinator to head coaching job

That's less than ideal for the Gators.

Florida has been one of the most stable programs over this offseason, but it looks like that is about to change. The man behind one of the most dominant defenses in college football will be taking over for Matt Rhule, the former Temple head coach.

Collins was at Mississippi State for four years prior to joining the Gators in 2015 and he oversaw the best run in program history in Starkville with 32 wins. Florida will have to find a defensive coordinator and soon to keep their recruits and get to recruiting more elite talent.
