If you haven't bought Florida-Michigan bowl tickets yet, you may be out of luck

Florida will face Michigan on Jan. 1, 2016 for just the third ever meeting between the two schools.

If you were planning on attending this year's Buffalo Wild Wings bowl on New Year's Day in Orlando, you may have missed your chance for tickets. The bowl game, which is played in the Citrus Bowl located in Downtown Orlando, announced on Tuesday that after just 24 hours of tickets going on sale, all tickets had been sold.

It was the second-fastest sellout for the bowl in the game's history. The first sellout was, not surprisingly, the Florida-Michigan 2008 game between the two. That sold out within 13 hours of team announcements. The attendance for that game was 69,748 per the Orlando Sentinel. The all-time attendance record for a college football game at the Citrus Bowl is 73,358 during the 2003 Florida Classic between Bethune-Cookman and FAMU. The Citrus Bowl underwent a $208 million reconstruction in 2014 and the seating capacity was decreased with the ability to expand to 65,000. Florida and Michigan will kickoff at 1:00 p.m. EST.
