Ex-Gators cornerback Deiondre Porter was arrested Monday night by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on an out-of-county warrant. The warrant stemmed from an armed robbery case. The 20-year old was dismissed from the team in October after he was arrest on four felony counts (one count of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent and one charge of firing a weapon into a dwelling).
Porter appeared in four games last season as a redshirt freshman. He originally signed with the Gators as a three-star prospect out of Jefferson (Tampa) High School.
