On of Florida's more outspoken players — cornerback Jalen Tabor just unleashed some major trash talk on national television. Tabor was invited to appear on Paul Finebaum's show on Thursday afternoon, and the junior cornerback did not disappoint. Given Tabor's habits in the past of delivering some words to Florida opponents — he delivered some fighting words the week the Gators were playing Florida State, and he even trolled Georgia quarterback Jacob Eason — Finebaum had no problem teeing the cornerback up. Finebaum asked him specifically about the matchup with Tennessee, which Florida has won the last 11 straight. Below is some of Tabor's response, courtesy of 247Sports.
"It's really all you guys that are picking them to win the East," he said via 247Sports. "You guys pick 'em, and I mean, I don't see it. I mean I know I'm a player but I just really don't see it. I know we have a lot of talent and we have a lot of great coaches here.
"I feel like to get to the East and the SEC Championship, you've got to come through the Swamp and the Florida Gators, and it's been that way since the beginning of the SEC, the beginning of time. You've got to come through it this year too."
