Bryant, who hails from Crisp County High School in South Georgia, recently revealed (via AL.com) that he will be choosing between Alabama, LSU, Auburn and in-state power Georgia. At 6-foot-4 and 225 pounds, Bryant projects as a potentially impactful pass rusher at the college level, leaving no surprise that a wide collection of programs and coaches are in pursuit of services. Still, choosing from these four won't be easy and it is probably safe to assume that each school will ratchet up their attention in the coming days.
SEC recruiting battles are always entertaining and intense and, because Bryant is one of the top 20 players from the talent rich state of Georgia, this should be a fun one to monitor. Regardless of which avenue he chooses, though, Markaviest Bryant should be a name to learn and keep an eye on for the next four to five years.
