Nation's No. 1 OLB Adam Anderson decommits from rising SEC program months after commitment

He decommits less than three months after committing.

Four-star outside linebacker Adam Anderson has officially decommitted from LSU:

"After many hours, days, and long talks with the family I have decided to decommit from Louisiana State University and reopen my recruitment. I want to thank all the coaches from LSU for believing in me and trying to build a relationship with me as well. I believe this is the best time to do this. Please respect my decision for which God would only point to the best decision. Let God be with you!"

The Rome, Georgia, product is 6'4", 214 pounds. He decommits less than three months after committing to LSU.

He was originally committed to Georgia in August and decommitted back in April. The day of his decommitment, he committed to LSU.

Adams has offers from Clemson, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia and LSU, per 247sports.

His Crystal Ball prediction has Georgia at 80 percent, with LSU at 20 percent.
