Or not.
The website BCS Know How has been keeping up with the BCS rankings ever since college football moved to the Playoff committee. Here is how the Top 16 would compare between both rankings:

There are several major differences between the two rankings, starting with Alabama taking No. 1 in the BCS instead of Georgia. Alabama gets the benefit of being No. 1 in the human polls and a couple of the old computer rankings. Wisconsin also gets a big bump from the human polls, placing at No. 4 in the BCS compared to No. 9 in the Playoff rankings.
The team that would be hurt the most by the BCS? Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish aren't only hurt by a lower ranking in the human polls (No. 5 AP, No. 8 Coaches), but they also rank lower in several of the computer rankings. As for the Playoff, Notre Dame is getting a lot of credit from the committee for their one-point loss to Georgia, as well as their dominant performances against teams like USC and N.C. State.
