Nick Chubb's scar from his knee surgery is pretty gnarly

Ouch!

Georgia running back Nick Chubb suffered a pretty bad looking knee injury that cost him half of the 2015 season. Chubb suffered a torn PCL in his left knee, and it looks like his recovering nicely and will be back for Week 1 of Georgia's 2016 season.

The injury sure as heck left its mark, though.

In a fan photo that surfaced on Friday, we got to see just the impact that the knee injury left on Chubb's body.

Now that's a pretty sick looking scar.

Luckily, Chubb is okay now, and he should hopefully return to the dominant form that we are used to seeing from him out of the backfield. However, that scar is a pretty nasty reminder of what some of these athletes go through and how they put their bodies on the line every time they step on the field.
