There are plenty of fans who have become frustrated with the police in Athens as a third Bulldog was arrested this month. The fans took to the Twitter to vent their frustrations only to realize they were directing it at the wrong people and the Athens-Clarke County Police Department responded in kind.
It seems they weren't the only people annoyed though as former UGA linebacker Jake Ganus decided it was his time to shine on social media. He deleted the tweet below, but fortunately someone had the foresight to screenshot it.
That's not a bad point except that the law is the law and the young man broke it. Everyone has to be held accountable, especially student-athletes or bad precedents get set going forward.
