One picture shows Georgia's starting safety might actually be injured

These aren't the type of boots you want your players wearing.

Quincy Mauger, one of Georgia's starting safeties, appears to be dealing with a foot injury sustained possibly in Saturday's scrimmage.

Mauger was spotted wearing a boot on his left foot during a team service at Watkinsville First Baptist Church.

Mauger has 26 starts under his belt during his first three seasons at Georgia, including 12 in 2015. He recorded 58 tackles, including 3.5 for loss, an assisted sack and five passes broken up in last season for the Bulldogs.

According to The Telegraph, Mauger was a participant in Monday's practice as the injury isn't considered "serious."
