Paul Finebaum is getting ready for the second College Football Playoff rankings that come out Tuesday night. He's got his own rankings of teams ahead of the release of the rankings and he could very well be on to something here.

Alabama and Georgia are obvious picks right now as they are undefeated and have stronger schedules than some of the other undefeated teams left. Clemson is a solid pick with only one loss on their schedule and that was without their starting quarterback being healthy, which won't hurt them in the eyes of the CFP committee too much.
Miami finally getting a win over a ranked team has catapulted them up to No. 6 for Finebaum while Oklahoma just winning all of its shootouts seems to be enough for the SEC Network analyst. Notre Dame's one loss is also to a team ranked ahead of them and it was only a one-point loss. They would likely have to win out to get into the Playoff though as they have no conference championship to play in at the end of the season.
