All of those Alabama fans who don't put much stock into recruiting classes need to pay attention to what is happening in Tuscaloosa this year. Of the 21 true freshmen on Alabama's roster 13 have already seen the field with many of them seeing important minutes. Of the 13 true freshmen Jalen Hurts, Joshua Jacobs, B.J. Emmons, Trevon Diggs, Mack Wilson, and Jonah Williams have all be big for the Alabama offense making key contributions to every Tide win.
It's easy to write off recruit highlight videos and national signing day, but let this year be an example of why there is fruit in paying attention to who Nick Saban and company are pursuing on the recruiting trail.
