Bertman was on the Baton Rouge ESPN affiliate and here was his response when he was asked if he would hire Kiffin: "No. I don't like him." However, that wasn't the entire quote as The Advocate's Ross Dellenger added a little more context.

Bertman was excited by the prospect of bringing back one coach though and said it would definitely be worth it for the school to get him.
Bertman on Fisher: "If they can get him to come back, it's worth every penny."
