LSU AD makes crazy demands for Florida game to get rescheduled

Florida and LSU have been in talks to reschedule their postponed game from this past weekend thanks to Hurricane Matthew. Both sides are holding firm on potential make-up dates with Florida wanting November 19 —- with both teams needing to buyout their out of conference games that day —- while LSU wants it on a date much more convenient for them.

Now, LSU athletic director Joe Alleva is holding even firmer on the Nov. 19th date for the Tigers hosting South Alabama and that will undoubtedly lead to some outrage on both sides.

Alleva offered up the first weekend of December as a potential make-up date, but that would also require moving the SEC Championship Game.

Not only is Alleva keeping November 19 for the home game against South Alabama, but he is also demanding that Alabama change its schedule to make everything all even.

He then expressed his frustration seeing Georgia and South Carolina play yesterday when his team and Florida could have potentially been playing.

He then went on to offer one more solution to how to figure out who could go to the SEC Championship Game as the East champ:

And people wonder why two ADs can't get together and come up with a decision. Some are wound a little tighter than others. Florida AD Jeremy Foley has made it clear that he wants to get something done though.
