LSU is losing a former four-star receiver to an FCS school

The Tigers could have used this kid.

Former four-star receiver Tony Upchurch is leaving LSU and it seems he's already transferred down to FCS Texas Southern. He won't have to sit out a year since he is transferring down a level of football and he's already changed his Twitter bio too.

According to Nola.com, Upchurch posted the following message to one of his social media accounts:

" I'm glad LSU showed me things I didn't know and made me a better man."

Upchurch redshirted in 2014 before being moved to fullback. He played in eight games for LSU, but recorded no stats.
