Paul Finebaum calls out Ed Orgeron, LSU after devastating loss to Mississippi State

Finebaum has had enough, apparently.

Sometimes after a big loss, people still have their confidence in a team, as they can see where things went wrong and expect things to be different in the future.

That doesn't apply to Paul Finebaum and LSU.

During the Sunday edition of Sportscenter, Finebaum went off on the LSU coaching staff, saying that head coach Ed Orgeron looked like the same guy that got fired from Ole Miss and that coordinators Matt Canada and Dave Aranda simply didn't get the job done.

LSU lost 37-7 to Mississippi State on Saturday, which was their worst ever loss to the cross-state rival. LSU made Mississippi State look like a Top 10 team, and it seems that Finebaum thinks the recent coaching hires of the past year were a mistake, as he doesn't see things getting better in the future.

LSU has Syracuse and Troy at home in the next couple of weeks before they head to play at Florida, so they have a couple of weeks to prove themselves against what should be hungry opponents trying to make a statement. Maybe the Mississippi State loss was a fluke, but considering they canned Les Miles last year... they need to prove that they made the correct decision in moving on to Orgeron.
