Most schools will release hype videos that show all the great plays made on the field and their team celebrating those wins. However, very few show what it takes to win in the offseason.

That's what LSU wants everyone to see as the Tigers released a summer workout showing how tough the team is and what their strength and conditioning program looks like. If you can break through and make tackles in the heat of summer you can certainly do it in the cooler fall. That will certainly be the case for running back Leonard Fournette who's expected to be a serious Heisman contender this year.
