Top 10 dual threat QB won't commit to LSU just yet because his life has been turned upside down

He should definitely take his time with this decision.

The No. 6 dual threat quarterback in the country has put his recruitment on hold because of a family tragedy that occurred six weeks ago. Lowell Narcisse's father passed away and that has been taking up most of his time and thoughts as of late.

The 6'3", 200-pound four-star prospect out of Louisiana has denied any schools piquing his interest despite several visits to LSU. "LSU has been trying to get me on campus, but I'm busy with family and with a lot of other things," Narcisse told SEC Country. "I just haven't had a chance to focus on recruitment. (I will) towards the end of the season."

Narcisse pointed out two big factors that favor LSU right now as the Tigers are expected to be in a fight with Auburn and Alabama for this young man. Proximity to home and his always-steady relationship with LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron are what might be the difference for LSU if it hopes to land the QB for the class of 2017.
