Four-star Crawfordville (Fla.) quarterback and LSU commit Feleipe Franks has been dubbed the future under center in Baton Rouge. And if fans keep seeing highlights like the one 247Sports.com's Shea Dixon shared via Twitter Saturday, the future is bright.
Franks rolls out of the pocket on the play and launches a 30-yard bomb on a hop, beating two defensive backs for the touchdown. His athleticism and arm strength are on full display in this highlight and the accuracy on the deep throw has to have Les Miles smiling.
While things are looking up for the Tigers in the QB department with the emergence of a more mature and seasoned Brandon Harris, it has to be reassuring for LSU knowing this guy is coming to campus in 2016.
