CBS analyst Verne Lundquist was the special guest on Nick Saban's weekly radio show this past Thursday and the two spent the large part of the show simply telling stories to one another. One thing that Saban made clear throughout his show was how good Saban feels Lundquist has been to Alabama.

Alabama fans don't always love Lundquist, but he has been great for the sport and while he may no longer be on his game his voice will be forever synonymous with college football.
