This year's preseason Coaches Poll has finally been released

Who checked in as the preseason favorite?

You know the college football season is getting closer when we start seeing polls come out. The first one of 2016 was released on Thursday — the Amway Coaches Poll, and it came with few surprises. Checking in at No. 1, as expected was the reigning National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide. Rounding out the top five includes Clemson at No. 2, Oklahoma at No. 3, Florida State at No. 4 and Ohio State at No. 5. Check out the rest of the Top 25 below, with first place votes in parenthesis.
