SEC announces full 126-game basketball schedule

The SEC has announced it full schedule of SEC games for the 2015-16 basketball season. There are a total of 126 games and we'll see four new faces on the sidelines for Florida (Michael White), Mississippi State (Ben Howland), Alabama (Avery Johnson), and Tennessee (Rick Barnes).

There are six All-SEC selections returning to play this season and three of the top six recruiting classes —- Kentucky, LSU, and Texas A&M —- in the nation will be seen in action. The SEC?Network will televise 71 games, ESPN or ESPN2 will televise 31 contests, ESPNU?18 and CBS Sports six. The SEC's games on ESPN platforms are exclusively branded as the "SEC?on ESPN."

It also looks like one big tradition will be broken as well with this scheduling.

Kentucky vs Florida is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, rivalries in the conference so it is common practice to have the two teams finish their season against each other. However, Florida will play at Missouri on March 5th to end its season while Kentucky will host LSU to finish the conference slate.
