According to The State's Andrew Shain, Will Muschamp is not only taking over Steve Spurrier's job, but also one of his former properties. Muschamp bought a 796-foot, one-bedroom condominium in the Carolina Walk complex, which is located across the street from Williams-Brice Stadium. A nice spot to get to the stadium on gamedays and for the family to hang out at afterwards.
The condo reportedly sold for $130,000. That's not so much considering Muschamp's contract with South Carolina is worth $3 million a year and he is still getting paid by Auburn for his second stint as defensive coordinator.
