The Oakland Raiders were a pretty great team last season and could have gone deeper in the postseason if not for an untimely injury to quarterback Derek Carr. It looks like the offense might be even better next season with the addition of a two-time Pro Bowler in Cordarrelle Patterson.

No details of the contract have been released except for one and that's how long the contract will run:

Last season, Patterson caught 52 balls for 453 yards and two touchdowns. While that doesn't seem like much, he did lead the league in kickoff return average (31.7 yards) while scoring a touchdown on a kickoff.
