Jalen Hurd breaks silence, reveals real reason for transferring

This is quite eye-opening.

When Jalen Hurd announced that he was going to be transferring out of the Tennessee program, there were a lot of speculation about why he was moving on from the Vols.

There were rumors that he was moving because of a schism between him and the coaching staff and others suggesting that he was promised a scheme change that never came. He took to Twitter to reveal his reasons for transferring and there was a little truth to some of those rumors:

It's quite interesting that he mentioned the concussion because that was an injury that should have probably been kept to himself and the team doctors. That could hurt his chances of signing with another D-I school if chooses to transfer and wait a year rather than go to the JUCO ranks and then come back up.
