Grocery store joins "Fire Butch Jones" movement with latest batch of pastries

Now that's attention to detail.

Butch Jones's tenure is all but done in Knoxville if you're to believe what Paul Finebaum says. Most fans want it to be over and that includes a local Food Lion. They didn't hang any signs or make any official statement, but they've made their feelings known with their latest batch of pastries.

Food Lion took the time to actually spell out "Fire Him!" in their cupcakes. The attention to detail is pretty incredible and they may get their wish after this weekend assuming the Vols don't pull off a miraculous win over the top ranked Crimson Tide.

The Volunteers are 3-3 and have yet to win a game in the conference after getting a stunning win over Georgia Tech in the season opener. They've lost to Florida, Georgia and South Carolina in an awful 15-9 loss. The expectations were for the Vols to at least compete in the SEC East and it seems they won't do that this year.

The chatter has been that Jones is on the hot seat and it's not hard to see why. He has yet to win more than nine games in five years at Tennessee and would frankly need a miracle to change that this season. To win nine games this year would mean winning out the rest of the season or even taking a loss to the Crimson Tide and then winning every game through the bowl game. However, that doesn't look likely and it's looking likely that Jones will be gone by the time the season ends.
