Tennessee is in a dog fight with the Georgia Bulldogs right now in the fourth quarter with the Vols leading 27-24, but it could have been a lot more if the refs did their job. Tennessee quarterback Josh Dobbs takes off to run and gets wrapped up near the sideline, but takes a horrible helmet-to-helmet shot.
The Georgia tackler was not penalized for targeting on that hit despite the fact it looks like a helmet-to-helmet hit and the very definition of a targeting play. There was an official who was looking at the play right there and still didn't throw his hankie just proving that the targeting rule is the most inconsistently called foul in the game.
