Tennessee has been absolutely destroyed by the injury bug this year as it has seemingly affected everyone on defense in one way or another. It had a more direct effect on All-SEC cornerback Cameron Sutton who broke his ankle against Ohio in September.

That has kept him out every game since then, but he has not had surgery to fix it. Volunteer head coach Butch Jones believes that Sutton didn't need surgery and that he could make a quick enough recovery without to get back on the field this season.
"I'm here to tell you, everything I'm being told, he'll only be out for a couple more weeks," Jones said.
"We're anticipating him being back."
The senior had started all 41 games he played in before the injury and the team is going to need him back if it wants any sort of chance to get back to Atlanta for the SEC Championship for the first time since 2007.
