Wide receiver Tee Higgins is the top ranked player in the state of Tennessee and the Vols made sure to lock up the four-star receiver in the class of 2017. He's right in the Vols' backyard in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and was more than happy to announce his commitment to Butch Jones and the Big Orange.
He's the No. 8 receiver in the class of 2017 and his commitment comes just a day after Tennessee nabbed No. 1 QB Hunter Johnson in the same class.
