No. 9 Tennessee (5-0, 2-0) is getting even worse news this weekend against No. 8 Texas A&M (5-0, 3-0) as Jalen Reeves-Maybin is not only not available for this game, but won't be available all season. Reeves-Maybin will undergo surgery on the shoulder that's been bothering him almost all season according to Danny Parker of Scout.

Pakrer says that Reeves-Maybin is getting surgery within the next two weeks to repair a biceps subluxation in his left shoulder. He suffered the injury in the Florida game where he left the game showing discomfort and pain in the shoulder. He rode with the team to Athens the next week, but did not suit up against Georgia.

His Tennessee career comes to a close with 240 tackles (149 solo), 27 tackles for loss, eight sacks, four pass breakups, four quarterback hurries and an interception in 41 games. It remains to be seen if he would be healthy enough to play at the next level with this kind of injury.
