Tennessee has still not received Kongbo's LOI

Have no fear though, Tennessee fans!

Although Tennessee has gotten a verbal commitment from five-star JUCO defensive end Jonathan Kongbo, the school has still not receiver his letter of intent. The document requires a parent or guardian signature, which has not been written on Kongbo's LOI from his father.

My dad has been away," Kongbo told SEC Country. "He will sign it when he gets home." When asked if he was looking at other schools, Kongbo said, "I'm not looking around. I'm not interested in anybody else."

That's good to hear if you're a Vols fan and he's listed as a member of the UT recruiting class by the school because he's signed his financial aid agreement. That agreement is not binding like the LOI, but Kongbo reassures fans that he is a Vol through and through.

Don't fear, Tennessee. King Kong will be on Rocky Top!
