Tennessee just pulled off a serious hiring coup by nabbing Miami interim head coach Larry Scott. Scott is a Florida native and has been in the South Florida region for over a decade spending time with USF and then Miami starting in 2013.
He was the tight ends and run game coordinator the Hurricanes before taking over for Al Golden. Scott will coach tight ends in Knoxville as well when he gets up there.
