Tennessee to honor legendary coach helmet sticker for the season

Great call by the Vols on this one.

Tennessee and coach Butch Jones announced on Saturday that the team would be honoring legendary women's basketball coach Pat Summitt. The team will honor the coach who passed away in late June after her battle with Alzheimer's.

Coach talked about what the decal means for him and his team as they start season 120:

"We're excited about wearing a commemorative sticker on the back of our helmet to honor the late Pat Summitt," Jones said. "We know everything she stands for. I think it's very fitting that Tennessee football and Team 120 recognize her and everything she means to the University of Tennessee and state of Tennessee."
