While the five-star wideout, and No. 3 overall receiver in the 2017 class, Tee Higgins decommitted from Tennessee to open up his options, the recruit noted on Twitter that the Vols remain the favorite to land his services.
In order, Higgins noted Tennessee is in the lead, followed by Clemson, Ohio State, Florida State and Ole Miss.
Gone from the prospect's list are original top 10 teams Georgia, Michigan, Alabama, LSU and Notre Dame. The five-star wideout is expected to land at Clemson, per 247sports' Crystal Ball.
