Mond did say there was a choice he was going to commit over the weekend and it looks like his prediction was just one day late.

The 6'3", 201-pound QB plays football for the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida but is originally from Texas. That was likely the key for Mond as he was originally committed to Baylor so moving out to College Station was probably a little easier than going to Auburn.
