Johnny Manziel's awful summer continues with two bits of bad news dropping Tuesday

Things have gone from bad to worse.

In a matter of hours Tuesday morning, former Texas A&M standout Johnny Manziel discovered his alleged domestic violence case would go to grand jury on Thursday, with a likely decision on Monday (per Associated Press) and he was canned by his second agent in as many months:

According to NBCDFW.com, Manziel's girlfriend, Colleen Crowley suffered a ruptured eardrum from an alleged open-handed hit from the former Texas A&M quarterback, per her lawyer.

In a sworn statement released Monday, per NBCDFW.com, Crowley follows the sequence of events reported last week that Manziel allegedly struck his girlfriend and threatened to kill her before Fort Worth police closed the case, and subsequently re-opened it.

According to Pro Football Talk, Manziel faces a misdemeanor charge of assault/domestic violence that carries a penalty of no more than one year in jail and/or a fine of no more than $4,000.

Agent Drew Rosenhaus previously gave Manziel five days to get treatment following a run of late nights and perceived bad behavior:

The latest story of Manziel's alleged partying might have sealed his NFL fate after a stint in rehab last summer and what appears to be a relapse.
