A source confirmed to the website that a "change is coming," but the school likely won't make a move prior to the end of the season "unless something unforeseen were to occur."

Football Scoop has been extremely accurate with coaching news over the past couple of years, and most recently had the first report of Jim McElwain's official departure from Florida.
Following Saturday's loss, Sumlin holds a 49-25 (24-22 SEC) overall record at A&M, which includes three consecutive 8-5 finishes since 2014. The Aggies have never managed to improve their record during the coach's tenure, finishing with an 11-2 record in his first season (2012) and 9-4 in his second.
Sumlin's teams have been competitive since joining the SEC during his debut season, but have struggled in the month of November, losing nine games during the past four combined seasons.
The sixth-year coach entered the 2017 season on the hot seat and hasn't managed to dose the flames, despite a winning record.
The Aggies will host New Mexico at 7:00 p.m. EST on Saturday at Kyle Field.
